We are not an airline, and airline and alliance names referenced on this site are used to describe route and booking access only, without implying sponsorship or endorsement.

Communications & Consent

By submitting your phone number to us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Zubin LLC related to your travel planning request, using our business communications platform, RingCentral. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Bookings, Changes & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to the fare rules, policies, and availability set by the relevant airline, hotel, or travel supplier. We assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, and future travel credits on your behalf, but final approval of any waiver, refund, or credit rests with the supplier.

Fees

Concierge service fees, where applicable, will be disclosed to you before you confirm a booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zubin LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other actions taken by airlines, hotels, or third-party travel suppliers that are outside our control.
